WARZONE: EVENTS
REFUND AND TICKET TRANSFER POLICY
All event tickets are digital. You will not receive physical tickets.
All merchandise sales are final. If you purchased merchandise to pick up at a Warzone event, but you will not be able to attend, please contact us at WarzoneAtlanta@gmail.com to arrange for shipping for your merchandise.
For WarZone Events, the ticket portion of any purchase is refundable until three weeks prior to the event, after which no refund on the ticket portion will be refunded. All ticket refunds are subject to a 15% service fee. Any refund requests received after three weeks prior to the event may not be honored.
If the event is canceled due to forces beyond our control, such as an act of God or of the public enemy, public emergency, global health emergency, pandemic, epidemic, actual or anticipated public health crisis (e.g., the 2020 COVID-19 virus), fires, storms, floods, wars, riots, or civil disorder, embargo, strike, work stoppage, lockout, labor dispute, restriction imposed by law, or governmental order, mechanical breakdown, the unavailability of utilities, including electricity, unforeseen causes interfering with the source of supplies, production, transportation or delivery, or any other similar or dissimilar cause beyond or other cause of similar nature beyond the reasonable control WarZone Events, LLC, the ticket portion of any purchase will be refunded, subject to the 15% service fee.
For purchases that bundle an event ticket with merchandise (e.g., a WarZone: Atlanta VIP Ticket), the portion of that purchase corresponding to the event ticket is refundable subject to the conditions set forth above, including the 15% service fee. The portion of such purchase corresponding to the merchandise is not refundable, but the merchandise will be shipped to you. Please contact WarzoneAtlanta@gmail.com to arrange for shipping.
Tickets may be transferred to another party up until one week prior to the event. To transfer your ticket to another player, please send an e-mail to WarzoneAtlanta@gmail.com with the subject, “WARZONE TICKET TRANSFER” from the e-mail address you provided when you registered for the event. In the body of your e-mail, please provide the NAME and CONTACT E-MAIL ADDRESS for the person to whom you wish to transfer the ticket.
For purchases that bundle an event ticket with merchandise, only the event ticket may be transferred.
