Friday event is now a two person team event!

Our popular fun tournament on Friday is now able to accommodate double the numbers of players. Grab a buddy and assemble a combined army made up of two 600 point forces. They can be the same nationality, or different. Each player builds the best 600 point list they can, so each one had to fulfill the basic force organization chart requirements of a platoon commander and a rifle platoon. The entire force has to meet the force organization requirements as if it were a unified 12 point army:

• As many rifle platoons as you want

• One of each additional type of platoon per rifle platoon bought

So imagine you were building a single 1200 point army; all the normal rules apply, except that each player has to fit their army within 600 points each, and leadership effects, medic bubbles etc. only work on the army the officer was bought from.

For example, you could have a team army of British and Americans. The British player’s army wide special rules only apply to the British units, and the American special rules only apply to the American force.

Let’s say the British players brings a Platoon HQ, a rifle platoon and an armored platoon. The American player brings a platoon HQ and rifle platoon, and wats to field an armored platoon too. They can do it because the combined 1200 point army can bring two armored platoons as long as there are two rife platoons.

One more caveat:

Warzone has a 0-3 limit on all units outside of a core rifle platoon. So if the British player brings three Stuarts, the American player would have to choose another vehicle for his armored platoon.  This means each army will have  a  maximum of three flamethrowers of any kind too.

All armies need to be submitted in advance for TO approval, but if you want to do a team army and have questions about to build a legal combined force, I will gladly take questions.

Special Rules:

Leadership bonus, medic effects and snap to work for any officer of any unit. Units can ride on partner transports.

Limits: 0-3 on any unit other than rifle platoon units, across both armies. Max 3 flamethrowers of any kind.

Each army and combined force must meet the force organization rules for a full 1200 pint army. See below
